Pile bearings are one of the key parts of the car. Their main function is to carry weight and provide precise guidance of the spindle rotation, which requires them to withstand not only axial but also radial loads.

Traditional automotive pillar bearings consist of two sets of tapered roller or ball bearings, which are mounted, refuelled, sealed and adjusted by clearance on the automotive production line. This structure makes it difficult to assemble automobile plants, is expensive and unreliable. In addition, maintenance at the service point requires cleaning, refuelling and adjustment of the bearings.

The column bearing element is designed on the basis of standard angular contact ball bearing and tapered roller bearing. It is integrated with two sets of bearings, with good assembly characteristics, no gap adjustment, light weight, compact design, large carrying capacity, pre-installed lubricant for sealed bearings, missed outer groove seal, avoiding maintenance and other advantages. It is widely used in automobiles and has a tendency to gradually expand its application in heavy vehicles.
